Digitronix.io: How We Built Our Own Agency Website from Scratch
Our own agency website is our most complete proof of work. Here is how we built digitronix.io — 100 Lighthouse score, static export, full JSON-LD schema, AI search optimisation, and a conversion-focused structure across 15 pages.
Project Overview
This is our own agency website. We built it from scratch as a direct showcase of our capabilities — a fully SEO-optimised, high-performance digital agency site that demonstrates the exact quality we deliver to clients. Every decision made here — structure, schema, performance — is a blueprint we apply to client projects. The site achieves a 100 Lighthouse score and is fully optimised for AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
The Challenge
We needed a site that could rank for competitive digital agency keywords in Dubai and UAE, convert visitors into leads through multiple touchpoints, load near-instantly, and be fully optimised for both human visitors and AI search engines — including GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and Perplexity crawlers that increasingly drive discovery in 2024 and beyond.

Questions about this build
How does digitronix.io achieve a 100 Lighthouse performance score?
The site is a fully static Next.js export — every page is pre-rendered at build time and served as plain HTML/CSS/JS with no server-side rendering at runtime. Combined with Tailwind's purged CSS bundle, self-hosted fonts, Font Awesome's tree-shaken icon library, and Vercel edge CDN, the result is sub-1-second load times globally.
What AI search optimisations were implemented on the site?
AI-specific optimisations include a comprehensive llms.txt file at digitronix.io/llms.txt (following the llmstxt.org spec) indexing every service and case study for AI crawlers. robots.txt explicitly allows GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Perplexity, and other AI indexers. FAQ sections with FAQPage schema on key pages make answers discoverable in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI overviews.
What JSON-LD schema types were implemented across the site?
Schema types used across the site include: Organization and LocalBusiness on the homepage, WebSite with SearchAction for sitelinks search box, FAQPage on all service and landing pages, Service on each service page, BreadcrumbList on every page, and CreativeWork on all case study pages. This is the most complete schema implementation for an agency site of this type.
Can Digitronix build a similar high-performance agency or business website?
Yes — this site is our proof of work. We apply the same approach to client projects: static Next.js export, full JSON-LD schema, AI crawler optimisation, and a conversion-focused structure built around the client's specific goals. Contact us to discuss your project.
